SCOTT BLUMSACK

Scott is an entrepreneur, fitness coach, and lifelong learner who understands the power of transformation. After facing his own struggles with chronic pain, weight management, and overall wellness, he became his own Client Zero, losing over 100 pounds and reshaping his life through fitness and nutrition. He now focuses on helping others take control of their health and create lasting change.

With over a decade of experience coaching at the collegiate level and leading businesses in the wellness industry, Scott understands the importance of structured training, mentorship, and community support. He founded SBC Fit MicroGym™ to provide a private, distraction-free space for individuals looking for a focused and personalized fitness experience. His approach is built on real-world results, sustainable habits, and a commitment to helping people overcome even the toughest challenges.

Scott’s mission goes beyond training. He is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals, groups, and communities by promoting healthy lifestyles and expanding access to wellness. Whether coaching one-on-one, leading group classes, or growing his business, Scott is focused on helping others unlock their potential and take the next step in their journey.

DARIN DIV

Darin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and the owner of Speed Performance Factory, where he helps athletes and individuals optimize their strength, speed, and overall fitness. With a background in athletic development, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, he designs personalized training programs that enhance performance while building resilience. He is also AED/CPR certified, ensuring a safe and professional training environment.

As a former collegiate hurdler at UMass Lowell, Darin developed the speed, power, and discipline that now define his coaching approach. He has worked extensively with athletes of all levels, including coaching track and field at Lowell High School, where he mentors the next generation of competitors. His experience blends hands-on fitness training with a deep understanding of sports performance science.

Beyond athletic coaching, Darin is passionate about making fitness accessible to all. He believes in the power of training to build confidence, discipline, and lifelong habits for health and wellness. Whether guiding competitive athletes or individuals looking to improve their fitness, he is committed to helping people push past their limits and achieve their goals.
